Instead you will be allowed to see the probationary members forum, which has a much smaller selection of videos available, and you will be expected to post your videos there. Once you have satisfied us that you can be a good member, you will be promoted to full membership to get to the private forums. 

How long this takes is entirely dependant on how good your videos are, and how to interact with the rest of the community.
